Support our Year 10 Work Experience Programme

Can you help support our Year 10 work experience programme?

As part of our Trust’s commitment to preparing students for the world of work, Fairfield High School for Girls, Longdendale High School and Rayner Stephens High School are running a work experience programme for Year 10 pupils, taking place from March to May 2026.

We are seeking support from parents, carers and our wider community. If you can offer a work experience placement at your workplace, or know of an organisation that may be willing to host a pupil, we would be very grateful to hear from you.
Work experience provides students with valuable insight into the workplace, helps them develop key skills, and supports their future education and career choices.

All placements must meet safeguarding and health and safety requirements. Full guidance and necessary paperwork will be provided through Unifrog. We completely understand that not everyone will be able to offer placements, and there is no obligation to do so.
