Attendance achievements recognised across the Trust
Three Stamford Park Trust schools have been awarded certificates recognising their attendance achievements, including significant improvements between the 2024/25 and 2025/26 academic years.
Fairfield High School for Girls received three certificates. Its summer term 2026 attendance placed the school in the top 25% nationally and the top 10% of similar schools. Fairfield also received a top 10% award for most improved attendance.
Longdendale High School was recognised in the top 25% for most improved attendance, while Rayner Stephens High School achieved a place in the top 10% for most improved attendance.
The most improved certificates recognise schools whose full-year attendance improved the most between 2024/25 and 2025/26.
These achievements reflect the sustained efforts of staff across our schools to build positive relationships with pupils and families, understand barriers to attendance and provide support that helps young people attend regularly.
Regular attendance helps pupils access learning, develop friendships and take part in the wider opportunities school offers. We are proud of the progress made across our schools and thank our staff, pupils and families for their contribution.
