Stamford Park Trust was established in February 2019 by Ashton Sixth Form College with the aim of improving the life chances of young people in Tameside. Ashton Sixth Form College was joined by Longdendale and Rayner Stephens High Schools in January 2021.

We have a dedicated and talented staff team; and through partnership and collaborative working, we share expertise, best practice and resources to make sure that our students have the opportunity to become the best they can be, and our staff enjoy a positive, purposeful working environment with  opportunities for career progression.

Trustee Vacancies

We are seeking individuals who are interested in joining our board of trustees, to lead the Trust into the next phase of our development. We want all the young people in the Trust to have the benefits of attending an Outstanding Academy as soon as possible, and this means working hard with our member academies to rapidly improve outcomes, attainment, achievement and progress within an inclusive environment. We wish to appoint someone who knows what steps are needed to improve a school in a sustainable manner, but with pace, and who has the inspirational and organisational qualities to take a strategic lead on that journey, whilst preserving and further developing the beliefs, values and culture of the Academies within the Trust.
